DECOR

Located on a corner street, in the middle of Payneham suburbia, this place ROCKS! With mismatching tables and chairs, fake grass table liners and abstract art pieces, it’s quirky, creative and fun. There are round tables for 2, long tables for big groups, or if you prefer the bench life, there are benches and stools with a view out the window. The small coffee garden out the back is perfect for a private breakfast with the girls! Even the gorgeous staff dress the part; bright and playful.

FOOD

A first world problem: I couldn’t decide between the mushroom bruschetta with wilted spinach, feta and dukkah, or the home-made granola on yoghurt with fresh fruit. So I got both. Equally delicious and fresh. Safe to say, I licked the plate clean.

Coffee and cake are available all day. This place is like a mum — always there for you when you need it. Plus, there are loads of vegan, gluten-free and vegetarian options available. They also have a large and healthy children’s menu available for breakfast and lunch.

KID FRIENDLY?

OMG YES! There were more women in there with their boobs out breastfeeding than there are in a maternity ward (I felt right at home). There’s loads of room for prams and high-chairs. This place is perfect for small children!

+ VIBE :: Playful, no fuss, friendly, funky

+ COFFEE :: 4.5 stars (or 6 if that’s possible)

+ FOOD :: 5 stars
