Combing two of our fave things: Cheese and FruChocs! This FruChoc Cheesecake recipe is seriously the best and easiest dessert. Your guests will LOVE you for it – it’s dangerously delicious!
INGREDIENTS
BASE::
400 grams of FruChocs
1/2 pack of choc ripple biscuits
60 grams of melted butter
FILLING::
500 grams of cream cheese
400 grams of Nutella
3 table spoons of icing sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Grease pan
2. Blitz FruChocs and biscuits
3. Stir in melted butter
4. Press mixture evenly into baking tray and pop in fridge for 10mins
PREP FILLING:
5. Once you have beaten (with a mixer) the cream cheese, Nutella and icing sugar until smooth, pour mixture into the base and cover in delicious FruChocs.
6. Put in fridge overnight and allow to set. Then, once it’s ready, slice it up, serve and lick the plate clean!
If you want extra FruChocs, crush up a small bag of FruChocs and add it to the cheesecake mixture before pouring into the base.
