GREEK YOGHURT BEETROOT DIP
Ingredients
1 pound of beets
x3 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon of G-Fresh Salt
x2 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
x2 cups MOO Greek Style Yoghurt
1 tablespoon of chopped dill or mint
Black pepper to taste
Method
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz
Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with more chopped dill/mint
Serve with crunchy crackers and enjoy!
