Desiring little… an ideal that probably brings you back to your childhood, when you would play with the cardboard box longer than whatever came in it.

Many would agree that our perception of ‘importance’ has changed along with the technology we use, our lifestyles and a constant need to acquire more.

Training yourself to live with less, even the creature comforts, has been proven to be better for your mindset and your bank balance.

THE HARD BITS

:: Reduce excess possessions

:: Declutter and reorganise

:: Audit your relationships

:: Re-think how you ‘gift’ for birthdays and Christmas

THE GOOD BITS

:: Having room for what is important

:: Time for your health, family and friends

:: Clarity in thinking

:: Less anxiety and more confidence

After ridding your life of possessions you no longer need, things that no longer serve you or the clutter that confines your mind – this should leave you feeling happier, relevant, empowered and in an open headspace.
