Most days you’ll find us working out of a cafe along King William Road. We say “work” but we mean, eating and shopping our way along the strip. Here are a few of our personal favourite places on King William Road…

I wasn’t really sure what to expect on my first visit to Medi Pedi Medical Nail Spa…the medical part intrigued me because I’m petrified of being one of those people who catches something nasty after a trip to the nail bar.

But after a quick introduction to the salon, I quickly learned that this incredibly smart business has done something ingenious by combining what is normally an unsexy visit to the podiatrist, with a beautiful upmarket nail salon – all designed to get your feet looking and feeling their best, in a clean and sterile environment.

My visit began with a specialist consult with the Podiatrist, who identified the potential problems with my feet (after all that high heel wearing!) before the nail technician gave me a luxurious Pedicure in their amazingly comfy salon chairs. They also do great Manicures too…using some awesome natural products.

 And the best thing is, the service is generally claimable for a rebate on your private health insurance – which is always an incentive.

 Now there’s no excuse for having scary feet this summer!

ADELADY

Without fail a trip to King William Road means a stop at Nutrition Republic.

Besides the fact that I feel like one of the cool kids whilst hanging out at 1/100 King William Road, the food is amazingly good and it’s good for you too! Whether it be their raw cakes, Pana Chocolates, baked goods, smoothie bowls or green salads, your tummies will be very grateful. But save room for coffee! As I’m known to be what’s called a “coffee snob”, without fail you never get a bad coffee at Nutrition Republic.

For coffee extremist like myself, latte art is a must. So this place continues to tick all the boxes as the place to be.

Dinah Crowe @stirring_the_pot :: Denim Iniquity

Denim Iniquity is without a doubt my fave place to shop here in Adelaide!

I can walk in there and if it’s for a relaxed weekend outfit, something a little dressier or just for a bit of retail therapy pick me up, I always find what I want! The girls there are totally divine and amazing at helping style you and pick pieces out you wouldn’t necessarily have picked yourself.

Now nearing 40 for me it’s quality over quantity. I’m still wearing clothes I bought years ago from them. Plus, I’m now on an Aperol Spritz basis with them which may explain how much I go in there and love them… Hahaha!

Hayley Pearson :: Coltish Boutique (Oh, and Cotto)

Coltish is dangerous. So dangerous. Why? because you’ll fall in love with every single thing inside Coltish! It’s the new cute-as-a-button shop along King William Road, run by one awesome Adelady who just loves fashion! It’s filled with next level Boho style dresses, tops and all things feminine. Even bathers! Things you won’t find anywhere else in Adelaide.

See what I mean? Damn girl!

Lauren DeCesare :: Parisi’s

I don’t normally go out for Italian food, because let’s be honest — nobody can cook Italian like my Nonna! But Parisi’s is an exception to the rule! Not only do they make the most delicious authentic Italian food, but the service is next level! Simone is the owner and always there to welcome you and your fabulous family inside.

There’s indoor dining, or you can grab a table in the outside beer garden area – both are equally perfect. And just look at that food! Hashtag Drool.
