Let us introduce you to Sally Sanders, the co-founder of SA yoghurt company MOO Premium Foods, with her hunky husband Mick Sanders. She does all of the above and more! She may be one of the busiest people in Adelaide, but she grabs hold of everything life has to offer and does it all in her stride.
MOO started after a holiday in France, where Sally and Mick discovered little glass jars of premium yoghurt – too good not to re-create!
And so when they returned home, they used their talents – Sally in design and Mick’s experience as a chef, to create what is now, one of Australia’s most trusted dairy products!
But like all success stories, it hasn’t always been easy for Sally. And this is the reason why she’s so freaking inspiring! Soon after founding MOO, Sally welcomed beautiful twin girls which obviously meant she needed to step back from the business for a while. Then came another, and another. And then there were FOUR children!
When the kids were out of nappies, Sally being “Sally.” took up an part-time Art Teaching job, even though it meant even more juggling between work and 4 tiny children.
Now, with all her girls at school, Sally has stepped back into a more active role at MOO in strategic planning and brand development, while still working as an Art Teacher one day a week and keeping up with mum duties! GO SALLY!
This week, Sally is our Inspirational Adelady, These are some of her fave places in Adelaide.

Fave Brunch Spot
We are loving the newly arrived Commissary on Fullarton Road. It has a great location and outlook onto Vic Park, funky interior and really good food, coffee, juices and fabulous smoothie bowls (but I really want to try the Snickers Waffles).

Fave Wine Bar
Bar Torino is a favourite, especially for last minute drinks. Great atmosphere, snacks, Gin list- even if it is for a quick drink with Mick on the way somewhere, or stake out a table and hang around with a group of girlfriends, it makes for a fun night.

Fave Shopping Strip
I am quite a big online shopper these days, but The Parade, Norwood probably, for its great mix of different shops. Coffee at Cibo is always good and the kids love A Trip to the Moon- I love Dillon’s Bookshop, I was lucky enough to work there for years when I was studying.
