This recipe is not only super delicious but it’s actually super healthy too! The kids won’t even know they’re eating veggies, they’ll be too busy licking their fingers.
BBQ with Cauliflower Tabouli :: Greek Chicken + Lamb Cutlets
INGREDIENTS
(Serves 4)
500g free range chicken thigh
1C Greek yoghurt
2T G-Fresh Greek Seasoning
6 French lamb cutlets
1T olive oil
3T G-Fresh lamb cutlet seasoning
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and marinate for 3 hours or overnight in the fridge. Then BBQ
Roughly chop your herbs and place in a bowl with your cucumber, tomatoes and lemon. Blitz cauliflower in your food processor till it resembles a fine crumb. Pour raw cauli into herb mix. Add in olive oil, garlic and sea salt and mix well to combine.
