Healthy pancakes in three steps?  I know right — healthy and pancakes in the same sentence, BRILLIANT! These pancakes have zero flour and only three ingredients. My brother is a bit of a health-nut so he passed this recipe on to me. I tried it and loved it.

I used a Nutribullet to make mine, they sell them at Target for $169 (half the price that I paid for mine a year ago). If you don’t have one, a food processor is fine too.

 

HEALTHY PANCAKES; ADELADY

 

Ingredients

3 eggs

½ cup of oats

1 banana

 

Method

1. Blitz up all ingredients in a Nutribullet or food processor until smooth.

2. Poor into a hot pan and cook evenly on both sides.

3. Top with anything you like. I did low fat greek yoghurt and honey.

 

Easy as that, enjoy!
