Oh my cod, it’s back! The Adelaide Central Market will host Seafood + Sounds during a two-day celebration of South Australian seafood and music on Friday 5 October and Saturday 6 October 2018.

Now in its second year, the program will see the return of last year’s sold-out Chilli Crab Shack, free cooking demonstrations, live music and trader specialities for seafood lovers.

Exclusive seafood dishes will be available over the two days, including pan seared scallops, truffled baby pea puree with wild mushroom brown butter from Lucia’s, seafood vol-au-vent from Les Deux Coqs, Ceviche Peruano from Cumbia and seafood paella from Comida.

With special appearances from Adelaide favourites Sprout cooking school and Line & Label, this is an event not to be missed.

Local musicians will fill the Market with a mix of blue and jazz tunes, including performances from Brian Ruiz, Banjo Jackson, Bonfire Blues and Bird Lives. Plus, the Drunken Sailor Bar will be serving local bubbles and beer.
