You guys are here for a very special reason. I’m about to show you something you probably didn’t know you could do to your own home.
Come inside and see my FOUL GREEN bathroom!
I will never understand why the previous owners picked school-jumper green floor-to-ceiling tiles. And it’s the one thing I always hated about our house. When we’d have friends over, my heart would skip a beat when they’d say, “Can I please use your bathroom?”
AHHHH, DO YOU HAVE TO?
So, rather than completely demolishing our bathroom and en suite, we discovered something RAD, which I’m so excited to share with everyone in SA…
Adelaide’s very own Retro Revamp!
Instead of ripping everything out and starting again, Retro Revamp will rethink, reuse and resurface your bathroom, completely changing the look. They resurface wall and floor tiles, splash-backs, vanities, cupboards and can even give your original bath a makeover. So, you can keep your old tiles, but they’ll have a beautiful, fresh new look!
We chose to give our bathroom a modern edge, by going with the whole floor-to-ceiling cement bathroom look. We also changed the green splash-back tiles to a clean, bright white.
So, here’s what our bathrooms look like now… see ya later Emerald City!
If the cement look isn’t for you, Retro Revamp offers a large range of fleck colours, which can be used to resurface floor tiles, kitchen bench tops, vanity bench tops and laundry bench tops.
Retro Revamp can also help you complete your project by suggesting new tap ware, door handles and shower screens to make the whole process super easy and fun.
But there’s more!
Not only do they resurface bathrooms, they also do laundries, kitchens and basically anything with a surface that you’d like to breathe new life into. For example, if you have outdated cupboard doors, they can even resurface them in any Dulux colour you wish!
The owners are delightful! Feel free to contact them via their website HERE , give Ryan a buzz on 8431 5798, or email [email protected]
Now that my bathroom’s been revamped, I’m just inviting random people over so they can say, “Can I please use your bathroom?” And I’ll be like, “YEEEAAAHHHHHHHHH!”
