Is it a bus? Is it a home? No, it’s Hey Bianca’s latest venture, bringing their pizza perfection to the southern suburbs of Adelaide.

Yes, the Hey Bianca team have packed up all the ingredients to their famous Napolitana-style pizzas and popped them onboard a retro 1950s Austin bus, setting up their new permanent home outside creative hub, Summertown Studio.

Tucked away in the backstreets of Somerton Park, their arrival has transformed the street as the irresistible scent of pizza dough now wafts through the suburb, 7 days a week.

While take-away and delivery options are available, the new spot offers pizza lovers the chance to feast on Hey Bianca’s traditional Italian pizza while strolling through all the creative goodness Summertown Studio has to offer, including it’s rotating calendar of live music, markets, and creative workshop events.

And, with the coast just a 2-minute drive away, pizza dates on the beach are now a very delicious possibility as summer draws near.

With a wood-fire oven fitted on-board the bus, Hey Bianca will be serving up the same Napolitana pizza options as they do from their flagship Pulteney Street store; but instead of their Sicilian pizzas, they’ll be serving up a changing dish of the month. And there’s dessert too — with their tiramisu and Malteser calzones (yum!) on offer here as well.

The Hey Bianca bus will be open for takeaway and delivery to nearby southern suburbs, every evening with plans to explore weekend lunch service to coincide with Summertown’s existing opening hours.

You can find Hey Bianca at 13 Paringa Ave, Somerton Park. Be sure to follow both Hey Bianca and Summertown Studios for updates on special events — @heybianca_au and @summertownstudio.

Hey Bianca is also offering $10 off first orders from the Somerton Park location, to any customer using the Hey Bianca app, with the code ‘SUMMERTOWN’.

Enjoy, pizza lovers!
