Nothing says ‘summer’ like a refreshing colada with fruity flavours.

Time 5 minutes

Serves 3

Ingredients

  • 200g frozen mango pieces
  • 226g white rum
  • 120g Ashton Valley Fresh Apple and Mango Cloudy Juice
  • 425g coconut cream
  • Ice
  • Fresh mint and lime, for garnish

Method

  • Place frozen fruit, rum, apple and mango juice, and coconut cream in a blender and blend on high. Add handfuls of ice while the machine is running until the mixture reaches a slushy, thickened consistency.
  • Pour the mixture into serving glasses and garnish with mint and lime. Serve immediately.

Drink responsibly.
