Today’s Inspirational Adelady is brought to you by… my taste buds! Karina Pike caught my attention a few months ago, when my mouth EXPLODED after drinking Bodhi Cleanse juices for the first time. FAVE PLACE FOR A HEALTHY MEAL
There are so many great spots popping up in Adelaide now for a healthy feed and I love it! Earth’s Kitchen on Pirie Street make the most amazing gluten-free, dairy-free pizzas. Their house-made vegan ‘cheese’ is to die for!

FAVE PLACE FOR A GREAT NIGHT OUT
If I’m feeling like a fancier night out, or I’m going out with friends who are less health conscious, I would be heading for either Caffe Paparazzi on Unley Road or Fedoras at the Hilton Hotel. Both offer the most delicious clean eating menus alongside all of the usual favourites.

FAVE PLACE TO SHOP
Azalia Boutique on Queen Street in Croydon. I am terrible at putting an outfit together. If it doesn’t jump off the shelf and into my arms, I probably won’t buy it. There is one gorgeous gal at the Croydon store (I just wish I knew her name!) who always helps me. I can walk in and blurt out a rough idea of what I want and before I know it, the most amazing clothes are jumping off the shelves and into my arms.

FAVE WEEKEND GETAWAY
Port Lincoln. The perfect place to be as active or as sedentary as you like. I just love soaking up the sun on some of the more secluded beaches, running around like a kid on the sand dunes and finishing the day with some fresh seafood and amazing views.
FAVE PLACE TO WORKOUT
I am far better at active relaxation! Sitting around is not my thing. For me, the best way to unwind is a kickboxing class at Total Toning Fitness on Henley Beach Road. I love smashing it out, getting a good sweat on and leaving exhausted, knowing I have gotten all of my stresses out.
