From 6-9 August 2015 all truffle lovers and foodies, can experience the most delicious game of hide and seek. You can eat your way around the markets, following a map to collect ingredients for a fresh, truffle pasta to make at home — with a Bird in Hand, in hand!

Food celebrities such as Simon Bryant and Callum Hann will share their truffle secrets in free cooking demonstrations and you can also try a range of truffle cheeses, oils and smallgoods highlighted throughout the celebrations. The event will celebrate Australia’s place as the fourth largest truffle-growing nation in the world after France, Spain and Italy.
