It’s hard to pick a fave, but we’re big fans of the #1 (prosciutto with buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomato and fresh basil), the #5 (sopressa, Lucia’s olive paste, fresh basil and fresh tomato), or if you’re a tuna fan, the #4 (tuna, preserved lemon, aioli, fresh tomato and chilli) is also a winner. Whatever you choose, you really can’t go wrong!
