In the world of premium spirits, Pluto Spirits is raising the bar.
The Fleurieu Peninsula has a new distiller on the loose, creating exceptional products made entirely from scratch — every single drop!
Pluto Spirits does things a bit differently from other distillers, by crafting each element of their gin, vodka and rum products, including the alcohol, granting full control over the quality and making these products proudly organic.

The idea has been floating between two friends for over a decade. Now, Head Distiller Jack Nisbet and Managing Director Graham Holmberg are on a mission to make spirits that are as exceptional as they are accessible.
“We love and respect our customers, and we want everyone to be able to access high quality spirits. Our products are to be consumed, not just put on a shelf and looked at,” says Graham.
If your only encounter with rum so far has been in a piña colada, get ready to be introduced to your new fave drink! Pluto Spirits Rum, aged patiently in oak, is a blend of complex flavours. For those dipping their toes into the world of rum, their Organic Spiced Rum with hints of house-made caramel, vanilla and cinnamon, is a tasty way to start.

If you’re not quite rum-ready, then Pluto’s Vodka and Gin could be the way to go — these products have been racking up the awards in the single year they’ve been operating, with the latest being Double Gold for their vodka at the Singapore World Spirits Competition 2024. Clearly, they’re doing something right!
“Our friends have often said, ‘Oh, I don’t drink vodka’. Then they try our vodka and suddenly say, ‘Oh… maybe I do!” says Graham.
