Gin is making its mark in Clare now guys, because there’s nothing this gal can’t do! Here are a few distilleries you need to add to your itinerary…
Clare Valley Distillery (coming in Spring)!
The absence of a local gin inspired founders Di Mayfield, Katherine Nugent, and Guy Parkinson to start Clare Valley Distillery. Their popular gin is a favourite among locals and visitors, and for good reason. These legends also operate a retro pop-up bar and gin caravan called ‘Little Tinnie‘ which makes its appearance at events and functions in the area. Stay tuned for Clare Valley Distillery’s cellar door opening which is due to be up and running this Spring!
The gang at Sawmill Gin are all about loving life and the good things it has to offer (the good things being food, music… and of course, gin)! All their traditionally styled crafted gins use an individual selection of seven botanicals and are produced from natural grain spirit and purified rainwater harvested on site.
