Zero waste
Ashton Valley Fresh is all about zero waste along the important journey from their orchard to your fridge. They use the entire apple crop, pressing the flavourful fruit into premium juice while making sure that nothing goes to waste. The leftover skin, seeds and pulp are repurposed as food for local livestock and used to create even more innovative products, like their apple cider vinegar.

With the help of other local, independent growers, Ashton Valley Fresh’s juice is pressed right in the Adelaide Hills.
