Prize is not redeemable for cash.
Winner will receive two [2] $250 Health Partners Optical vouchers only. Voucher is only redeemable at Health Partners Optical stores, must be used in one transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discount (excluding 30% off non-prescription sunglasses for Health Partners members). This $250 voucher applies to the total retail price of sunglasses. Any applicable member benefits or discounts are applied to the balance after the voucher. Brands may vary from store to store. Voucher cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and is not transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. One voucher per person. Valid until Tuesday November 11 2025 (6 months).
