Thanks Ladies, my go to spring salad is a roasted vegetable, quinoa and feta/goat’s cheese salad, using up vegetables and FODMAP friendly with feta and quinoa. Spring is definitely the start of salad season, even if Adelaide’s Spring is four weeks late.
