2. Harborganics Wood Fire Pizza

Friday, Saturday from 5pm, Sunday from 12pm

Head to one of the most unique cellar doors around, with a local art gallery and historic estate in the background, and top it off with the pizza of your dreams. These traditional hand stretched wood fire pizzas are loaded with the finest local ingredients — one bite will take you to will take you to funky town.

3. Gang Gang

Front runner for the most insanely delicious cheeseburger of all time, I would follow the Gang Gang pop up van across the countryside. Luck for me, they’re regularly in the Port Elliot region ready to fulfil your wildest burger dreams. Follow their page for the tastiest game of hide and seek you’ll ever play.

4. Kuti Shack

A match made in heaven — innovative Pipi dishes and local indigenous ingredients, plus bucketloads of the freshest other seafood and produce, local wine and craft beer, Kuti Shack is ready to treat your tastebuds. A bottle of wine and a whole lotta share plates with a bunch of friends and I’m a happy happy chappy! Pop in for a coffee, a bite to eat, a drink or a long lazy lunch and you’ll find it hard to leave. Bonus round, check out some of the art in their gallery while you’re there.

6. Motherduck Cafe

The family behind this popular cafe are committed to serving up the freshest seasonal produce and cater for vegetarian needs, those with gluten intolerance, and also for meat lovers. Check out the Butter Chicken, the Abundance Bowl… the Curried Scallop Pie… actually, just grab a menu and go your hardest.

7. Cockles Cafe

A laid-back bite is too easy in the centre of Port Elliot. It’s a burger-lovers’ heaven, the Nasi Goreng is next level, and the dumplings will have you wanting more, more, more!
