You’ll find Cristal in the Riverglen Marina, on a particularly wide section of the river, not far from Wellington and Mannum. She’s parked in a private space with a small peninsula of land either side and surrounded by trees. You’ll enjoy your privacy, kickstarted by a non-contact arrival.
Designed with huge glass windows along the front, back and sides, this three-bedroom baby looks and acts like a luxury apartment on the water. Inside, it’s open plan and very modern, with lots of light and all the mod-cons your heart desires — including heating, cooling, washing machine, TV, dishwasher and more. And better yet, it’s big enough to fit the whole family, even the dog!
On the ground floor is an impressive open-plan kitchen, dining and living room, as well as three bedrooms, one bathroom and two toilets. The kitchen’s fitted out with a huge five-metre workbench, making it the perfect space for entertaining and truly looks like a modern apartment you’d find in the city.
It opens up to a swim deck at the back, so you can bring your own speedboat or kayak, and there’s also a ladder making it the ideal spot to spend your days dipping in and out of the mighty Murray. If you’re lucky, you might even get a few visits from the ducks, swans and pelicans that regularly swim right up to the back of the boat.
All three bedrooms are fitted with queen beds and are big enough for you to walk around. All open out to the deck that wraps around the boat and have even more of those big windows, bringing the views right to you as you lay in bed.
Up top, you’ll find another vast living space affectionately called the Sun Room, which opens right up to an expansive outdoor area. Just imagine the sunsets you could soak in from up there!
