Hither & Yon is a sustainable wine brand with vineyards across McLaren Vale and a cosy cellar door in Willunga that simply makes us happy. With a deep care for both the people who drink their wines and the soil it comes from, the Leask family are consistent trailblazers in the industry. In February 2021, they became the first and only carbon neutral certified winery in SA making better wines with a lighter footprint, not to mention their range of lush drops are always a delight to drink!

COUNTRY COTTAGE ALERT
Looking beyond the vino, brothers Mal and Richard Leask have also recently jumped into a new world with the introduction of The Coach House nestled on the property “Hillenvale” in Kangarilla. “The Coach House is a boutique and exclusive couples retreat housing a fully-equipped country kitchen, cosy lounge, luxurious bedroom and bathroom, and outdoor drinks deck with beautiful views across the property,” says Mal. This luxury retreat offers accommodation to lucky visitors. After extensive renovations, the exterior has nineteenth-century sandstone charm, while the interior is set to delight with its soft blue and deep green tones, combined with elegant furniture. This dreamy getaway is perfectly positioned between McLaren Vale and the Adelaide Hills, which means there are plenty of galleries, walking trails, restaurants and cellar doors right on its doorstep — plus, Kuitpo Forest and Fleurieu Coast are just a hop, skip and a jump away.
