Ingredients

230g True Thai Laksa Paste 180ml True Thai Coconut Cream 350ml vegetable broth 250g prawns, peeled and cooked Juice of 1 lime 400g True Thai Rice Stick Noodles 1mm, cooked as per packet instructions 100g bean sprouts Chopped coriander, to garnish (optional) Lime wedge, to garnish (optional)

Method

Thai basil, to garnish (optional)

• Combine laksa paste, coconut cream, vegetable broth and lime juice in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cover and bring to the boil.

• Add prawns, then reduce heat to low and cook until the prawns are heated through.

• Place noodles in individual serving bowls and divide prawns evenly. Pour the hot laksa over the noodles and prawns in each bowl.
