Don’t miss out on a delicious dessert — make it dairy-free!

Makes: 8 waffles

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup Nippy’s Dutch Chocolate Flavoured Oat Milk
125g dairy-free unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla paste
60g plain flour
35g caster sugar
Seasonal fruit, to serve
Dairy-free gelato or ice cream, to serve
Chocolate sauce, to serve
Method
- Preheat waffle maker.
- Whisk eggs, flavoured oat milk, butter and vanilla in a medium bowl.
- Add flour and sugar to the mixing bowl and whisk until the mixture comes together as a smooth batter.
- Add a scoop of the mixture to your waffle maker and cook according to the waffle maker instructions.
- Garnish with seasonal fruit, ice cream, chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
