Created by holiday-loving husband and wife duo Barry and Kim, Take A Break Holiday Rentals manages more than 30 holiday homes in SA. Spanning from Brighton and Seaford to Clayton Bay, Goolwa, Port Elliot, Middleton and Encounter Bay, they have big ones, small ones — some as big as your head!

And yes, they’re a lovely bunch of coconuts. “We’ve had years of experience with running our own houses as holiday rentals, so we expanded to help others by expertly managing their treasured investment properties,” says Kim. The couple hand-pick the holiday homes they manage to make sure they have a broad appeal. Their list includes A-plus locations — some are more basic and very affordable, some are pet-friendly (which we looove), and others are much more grand and designed for multiple families to enjoy.
