Let’s talk old medicine for new women…

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) can appear as the unknown, maybe even a little weird – we’ve all seen that HBA private health advert with the ‘fish slapping therapy, right? That’s why I’ve made it my personal mission to tear down the walls that divide Eastern and Western medicine, and share why I think TCM is so fabulous for the modern women. In our fast-paced world, we often forget to stop and breathe and our health goes on the back burner.

Diet (tsk-tsk to that word) goes out the window; sleep and exercise are often optional. Not to mention harsh environmental factors like pollution, water contamination and medications such as The Pill and overuse of antibiotics. Toxins build up, body’s breaks down, stress mounts and suddenly you’re a raging hormonal mess. Let’s be honest, we have all been there. The good news is you have options and Chinese Medicine is one of them, helping women feel like women in many ways, naturally!

Think Polycystic Ovaries Syndrome (PCOS), PMT, acne, Endometriosis, period pain (such a beast!) irregular periods or even no periods at all.
