If you’ve been Keeping Up With The Adeladies, then you’ve probably seen that we’ve recently become #fitspo. It’s pretty hard to have missed since these days all we talk about is protein shakes and our brand new 6-packs (lolssss we wish).

With this new fitness regime – which to be totally honest, mostly consists of pilates with our fave gal Magda and eating a lot of smoothie bowls – we found that as much as we love them, our see-through K-Mart leggings just weren’t making the cut anymore. Next thing we knew, the stars aligned and Miss Active came into our lives.

Miss Active is a South Australian, family-owned and stylish business that decided that enough was enough, and it was time for some fashionable, good quality, and most importantly PRACTICAL fitness clothing. No one wants their boobs to fall out of their complicated crop top when you’re downward dogging. Every time you jump onto their online shop you’ll find a new and refreshed range of colours and patterns from a whole lot of different brands, so you can pick and choose from your faves. We’re definitely not wallflowers, so the brighter the better in our opinion!

It’s more than a fashion label though – it’s a fitness community full of like-minded people that want nothing more than to live a healthy lifestyle in the comfort of stretchy leggings. Amen, sisters.
