GLUTEN FREE BANANA AND CHOC HONEYCOMB PANCAKES…. So easy to do!
2 bananas, sliced
4 eggs, beaten
4tbsp Menz Mini Choc Honeycomb
Spray coconut oil
Honey and / or Mini Choc Honeycomb, for serving
Place the bananas and eggs into the blender. (I have the funky looking SMEG blender, from Spartan)
Using speed setting 4 on the controls, blitz until smooth.
Add the Choc Honeycomb. Reduce the speed setting to 1 and press the pulse button a couple of times to mix in the chocolate chips.
Heat a frying pan, on a medium heat. Spray the surface of the pan with oil. Cook the pancakes for a couple of minutes on each side, or until they turn golden in colour.
Serve with a drizzle of honey, ice-cream, Choc Honeycomb, fresh berries.
