Yes, please! Paulett Wines is a family- owned, highly awarded winery making exceptional vino for all to enjoy. But the crown jewel is the Canapé and Wine Flight, where guests can enjoy five wines of choice, exquisitely matched with canapés prepared by Head Chef Thomas Erkelenz. The Kirrihill team is busy in the valley, crafting fabulous wines for all to enjoy. Since their first vintage in 2000, Kirrihill Wines has collected over 500 accolades domestically and internationally, most recently being awarded the Best Shiraz in Australia and Best Clare Valley Riesling Winery. The secret to their success? They are passionate about their vineyards, the valley and love creating wines to drink and share.
