If you’re craving something sweet after a meal, this high quality, refined sugar free, dark chocolate will hit the spot. It’s rich in antioxidants and guaranteed to satisfy your chocolate cravings.
¼ cup honey
¼ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup flaked coconut
½ cup melted coconut oil
¼ cup cacao powder
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
1. Combine the melted coconut oil and honey in a small bowl.
2. Sift the cacao powder and salt over the top and mix until smooth and runny.
3. Pour the mixture into a small baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with walnuts and coconut.
4. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 30 minutes or until set. Break into pieces and store in the freezer.
