Adelaide’s very own Rebecca Minervini is the designer and creative director of the luxury bohemian jewellery label, Of Dreamers and Dancers.
She’s trained in graphic design, but two years ago, Rebecca decided to navigate the difficult terrain of entrepreneurship and turn her creative dream into a reality.
Rebecca says, “Of Dreamers and Dancers is a brand that revolves around an affection for life, love and travel. My objective is to connect with customers who share these same ideals and live life to its fullest, pursuing dreams and choosing to dance in every moment.”
Her first collection, ‘Night Reign’ is gorgeous and meaningful at the same time. You’ll melt when you see them, they’re THAT beautiful!
“The most important aspect to me when developing this brand was to always provide great-quality and luxurious accessories that are wearable and affordable,” she says.
Of Dreamers and Dancers launched only a couple of months ago and since then, Rebecca has secured two South Australian stockists, Niki Belle and The Little Boutique. Her jewellery is also a part of Fashion Concept in Adelaide Central Plaza.
With one dream marked off her bucket list, she’s ready for her next leap of faith — to expand the brand nationally!
Today, she’s our super stylish Inspirational Adelady. These are her fave places in Adelaide:

FAVE PLACE FOR BREAKFAST
There are so many good ones, it’s hard to choose! I recently tried a newbie, Red House Café in the old North Adelaide Railway Station. They use locally sourced produce and the food is delish. I also love La Madeleine in Norwood. If you love any kind of patisserie, this place is authentically French and their crêpes and pistachio raspberry croissants are to die for. Mister Sunshine’s is also great, as is The Loose Caboose, A Mother’s Milk and Duthy Street Café. Anywhere with good eggs and good coffee gets my vote. If you can’t tell, I love my breakfast foods.

FAVE PICNIC SPOT
I haven’t been on a picnic in a while but I do enjoy pulling up a rug on a balmy night before the Moonlight Cinemas in Botanic Park. My girlfriends and I often get together to do this. We pack plenty of wine, cheese and dessert, and get there early to enjoy the summer evening before the film starts. For the ultimate comfort, definitely hire the beanbags to relax in. Oh and don’t forget to take some bug spray.

FAVE DATE NIGHT LOCATION
I love good food, so any of my favourite restaurants would be my pick for the perfect date night. Asian is my go-to cuisine. I love fresh ingredients, so, at the moment, top of my list are Gin Long Canteen and Madame Hanoi (get the pork belly buns!) I probably just need to find a date first, haha.

FAVE BAR
If you’re after music with your drinks, Electra House has a great vibe as does Little Miss Dive Shop. Peel Street is good if like more boutique bars and cool cocktails. Maybe Mae is awesome and Udiberri for their G&Ts. La Rambla on Peel Street also does a good sangria. For something a little more cultural, I recently tried La Buvette. Hidden away off Hindley Street, it’s a tiny piece of Paris in Adelaide’s CBD, which I love.

FAVE PLACE TO WORKOUT
I have practised Pilates on and off for a good six years now but, until now, I haven’t been able to find a studio that I love. That was until The Pilates Studio in Blackwood opened up earlier this year. Kim, the owner, is so dedicated and passionate with her clients, and her classes are the best. I go twice a week, one session for Pilates and the other for barre class. Kim has also turned me into an Extend Barre addict!! It’s such an awesome workout and you get to listen to ’80s and ’90s tracks while you sweat. If you’re looking for a great workout environment with instructors who truly motivate and challenge you, look no further.
