Roasted Brussel Spouts, Apple and Fennel 



4 Pink Lady apples

2 bulbs baby fennel

3C brussel sprouts

1T G-Fresh Celery Salt

1T G-Fresh Chilli Flakes

Drizzle olive oil


Cut the cheeks off your apple and chargrill (no oil) until you have gorgeous grill lines. This not only looks great, but it gives it a beautiful caramelisation and smokiness. Cut your fennel bulbs into 1/8ths. Trim your brussel sprouts, but keep whole. Place on a roasting tray, sprinkle with your G-Fresh Celery Salt and Chilli Flakes. Add a small drizzle of olive oil before placing in an oven for 50 minutes, at 170 degrees C. Serve as a side.

Hot tip: it’s delicious with roast pork!
