This takes Singing In The Rain to a Whole. New. Level! Umbrella Winter City Sounds is landing on our doorstep and we ALL must step outside (coats on) and get amongst it.
This two week live music festival kicks off on the 14th July to the 30th July 2017, and will warm up our beautiful City with an exciting bunch of awesome live music projects and other performances!
And nobody has the same taste in music, so there really is something for EVERYONE. From orchestras, choirs and folk music to hip hop, metal, pop, acoustic, punk and electronic beats. You’ll see new artists, original music, tribute acts — the list goes on!
And here’s something you might not know, live music in SA provides 4100 jobs and a $264 million economic contribution to the SA economy. That makes my heart sing!
With a massive event lineup, killer venues, awesome promoters and talented musicians, there’s no reason to stay indoors! Plus tickets will be on average $17, with of course opportunities to see free shows too.
