1. Bar 41 (Williamstown)
I’d love to keep this place a secret, but it’s too good not to share! A small artisan café located in the cool end of the Valley, (Williamstown) Bar 41 really has it ALL. Amazing coffee, great food and the friendliest, most accommodating staff you could ask for.
It’s my favourite Sunday morning brekky spot. I just can’t go past the decadent French omelette, with its intense and creamy smoked salmon and oozy Gruyere cheese. And the coffee — it’s always strong and smooth. Marco, the owner blends his own unique coffee so you never know what you’re going to get. But, you can guarantee it’s going to be good!
Gourmet, wholesome and chefesque meals, the options for both breakfast and lunch are aplenty! And keep an eye out for Marco’s famous specials, you can’t go wrong at Bar 41.

2. Keils (Tanunda)
Almost a Barossa institution! It’s warm, cosy and incredibly welcoming. And the coffee is right up there with the best in the Barossa. The perfect spot for a catch up with your girlfriends or an off-site business meeting.
Keils is a popular coffee spot for the locals from first thing in the morning until last thing in the afternoon. Light lunch options include: baguettes, healthy salads and new menu options like the corn fritter stack and Asian chicken burger. If you can’t grab a seat inside, the outdoor tables make for great people watching too!

3. Red Door Espresso (Tanunda)
Larger than life, this Tanunda café has a lot to offer. It’s spacious with a range of seating options including tables, lounges and an outdoor courtyard. There’s plenty to choose from on the menu for either breakfast or lunch. Be assured though, it’s a tough decision if you’re meeting for lunch here! The dessert options are hard to pass up, and I’m often tempted to bypass lunch and go straight to the Gluten Free Citrus Tart or Caramel Slice. They have an impressive range of gluten free options too!

Soul with Zest in Angaston for brunch. Their juices are very refreshing in summer! I’ve been meaning to try Bar 41, I’ll have to make a trip down to the southern end of the Barossa from where I live in the central area of the Barossa.
You have to try this new place in Tanunda, The Mac Shac – they have French macarons that are soooooo delicious! and they have a coffee menu with different bean choices, it’s my new fave!
If you haven’t already, you must try the Table Cafe in Lyndoch…fantastic coffee, food and service!
