At a time in our lives when we need positivity now more than ever, this brand new sparkling blanc de blancs is the perfect reminder to practise what they preach.
The label name, Grace Under Pressure, is inspired from the mantra of keeping your calm and carrying on as every day will present a new challenge. Much like the wine in this bottle, when placed under pressure, it does its finest work – expressing its grace, balance and personality.
If there was ever a time when a wine label captured the essence of our collective feelings, Grace Under Pressure speaks volumes — finding your inner grace and composure when facing uncertainty or adversity is indeed a virtue.
It’s what we need to do, and drink, right now! Personally, I think it sounds like excellent advice.
Although the Muster family have been making wines under their own label for many years now, they decided their new sparkling wine Grace Under Pressure, really deserved a name of its own. The team behind this drop have worked hard to perfect their premium sparkling wine so you know you’re in for a treat. They’ve even gone as far as sniffing out the perfect climate to create the wine they always dreamed of!
Great sparkling wine comes from a cold climate, so the Grace Under Pressure team found the coldest maritime vineyard region in mainland Australia. And where could that be hiding? Just south of SA’s very own Mount Gambier, of course! The cool climate combined with the flinty limestone soils are perfect for growing the 100% Chardonnay grapes which come from a single vineyard. The result is a high quality, premium sparkling wine with the refined brightness of fresh apple and a soft tingly finish.
Although only released in December, the Grace Under Pressure sparkling has already found itself at home behind the bars of some of the most prestigious establishments in SA, including The Guardsman at the Casino, the Hilton International, the Mayfair Hotel, and all along stunning Marina Pier. Keep your eyes peeled for the classy and elegant silver and black bottle sitting on the wine list at your favourite haunts.
You can also stock up online, with free delivery offered throughout all of SA on orders that come through their website — just head here to place an order.
