Australia’s first sister-owned and operated winery is right here in SA. Meet Lucy and Bec — a couple of sister’s, doing it for themselves! Together, they’re the creative and passionate duo behind Bremerton Wines.

At Bremerton, you get to experience the real Langhorne Creek and soak up a loving family vibe. The first thing you’ll notice when you step inside the 1866 stone barn cellar door, is the colourful art splashed all over the walls. And yes, you can even purchase some of these masterpieces!

You can pop in and taste their delicious hand-crafted wines and grab a bottle to take home to impress at your next dinner party. They have award winning signature wines, special release wines, premiums and a range that is purely sold at the cellar door in Langhorne Creek. They’ve even released a range for their beautiful parents — when you put the bottles together, the labels form a love heart. Ohhh, our hearts!

And what goes well with wine? Food! You can feast on Bremerton’s seasonal menu, with wood-fired pizzas, homemade soups and winter-warming pies. Honestly, the food is just as good as their wine.

Or, if you’re in a picnic kind of mood, they have a small shop inside the cellar door. You can grab a basket and load it up with everything South Australian. Cheese, pickled calamari, dried fruits, crackers, olives, pâté, chutneys, FruChocs and loads more SA greats. They even have mini wooden boards you can purchase so you can take your produce out onto the lawns and create the perfect platter immediately.

Bring your partner, your besties, your parents and your kids — chances are, you’ll run into the Willson sisters or their parents while you’re there — it’s a family affair at Bremerton Wines.

Open 7 days, 10am–5pm.
