Topham Mall has had a fantastic transformation over the twelve months with new the opening of restaurants, retail and coffee spots. Now,  there’s a brand new bar called Gypsy Dragon. It is the continuation of the fantastic restaurant that opened earlier this year, Kang Kong. Tucked in a lovely spacious alleyway, it has been brought alive with lanterns and beautiful graffiti artwork adorning the walls.

There are delicious treats available from the Kang Kong kitchen, a mix of Asian fusion treats. My favourite dish had to be the fantastic duck spring rolls, always a great snack when you’re having a drink.

All the usual delicious drinks are available at Gypsy Dragon: beer, wine and spirits. But they also offer some delicious Asian cocktails with pear margaritas and Vietnamese espresso martini bubble tea, what  a fantastic delight!

This is going to be a fantastic place to sit under the stars on a warm summer night. In a fantastic location with the ever popular Leigh and Peel Streets less than a minute away, Gypsy Dragon is definitely worth checking out.
