Healthy No-Bake Cheesecake with MOO Yoghurt

INGREDIENTS (makes 4 ) 

3/4 packet of biscuits – any brand you prefer

2 tablespoons of unsalted butter

1 large tub of Moo Creamy Smooth Yoghurt

Fresh fruit

METHOD

Crush ¾ of a packet of digestive biscuits

Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter

Combine crushed biscuits and butter to form a crust

Layer individual serving dishes with crust, MOO Creamy Smooth Yoghurt and fresh strawberries (it also works really well with Lemon Delicious Yoghurt).

Repeat

Eat!
