Adelaide dame, Christiane Duigan is Clean & Lean’s cover girl, a full time mum to two beautiful children, wife to celebrity trainer James Duigan and the Director of Bodyism Global. This role sees her designing collections, liaising with global suppliers and overseeing the company’s operations — She’s the multi-tasking queen!

For our cheat meal! I love my sweets too and there is no better place to sit outside, enjoying a delicious dessert, than on the buzzing Gouger St. We love this place, it’s a must try, if you haven’t been yet!
5. FAVE PARK TO TAKE THE KIDS
Hazelwood Park
Greenhill Road, Burnside
Now with children, I am always looking for a great park. The playground here is amazing and perfect for a picnic with friends and family. It’s in leafy Hazelwood Park which is very close to where I grew up in my family home. I love this part of Adelaide.
