When we first tried SA’s very own Ambra Liqueurs it was love at first sip! So we asked them to share the recipe for this classic cocktail with a classy finish, using AMBRA Agrumello and fresh orange peel for that citrus twist at the end!


30ml AMBRA  Agrumello

30ml gin

20ml lemon juice

30ml egg whites

2t sugar

Orange peel (to garnish)


Place all ingredients in a shaker with some ice, and shake. Pour into glass and garnish with the orange peel.
