This simple chicken and salad dish is perfect for feeding a crowd.

INGREDIENTS
500g chicken thighs
1t G-Fresh Chicken Seasoning
1t G-Fresh Sumac
1 1/2t G-Fresh Sweet Paprika
1T G-Fresh Mustard Seeds
1t G-Fresh Himalayan Pink Salt
Pinch G-Fresh Black Pepper
Squeeze of one lemon
3T olive oil
Method
1. Combine all ingredients (excluding chicken) in a medium-sized glass dish or large zip-lock plastic bag.
2. Add chicken and turn to coat. Then, place in fridge for a minimum of 1 hour (ideally overnight).
3. Preheat BBQ grill or chargrill pan on medium. Then, cook chicken thighs for approximately 3-4 minutes (each side) until chicken is cooked through. Then, remove from heat.
4. Serve with garden salad, fresh lime and tzatziki.
