No need to sweat by the oven with this dessert which is filled with our favourite FruChoc flavours.

Time :: 10 mins + 2 hours to set
Serves :: 9

Ingredients

200g plain sweet biscuits
250g dried apricots, chopped
200g Menz Milk Chocolate FruChocs, halved
125g butter
80g brown sugar
50g desiccated coconut
200g sweetened condensed milk
Extra desiccated coconut to garnish

Method

• Grease and line a rectangular slice tray with baking paper (approximately 18cm x 28cm).
• Finely crush the biscuits in a food processor or using a rolling pin, then pour into a large mixing bowl, along with chopped apricots and halved FruChocs.
• Add butter and brown sugar to a small saucepan, and melt over a low flame until combined. Pour into the biscuit mixture, along with the coconut and condensed milk. Stir until well combined.
• Spoon mixture into the prepared tray, and press down firmly with a spoon. Sprinkle with extra coconut and place into fridge for 4 hours.
• Remove from fridge and cut into slices. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
