Must-have party platter tarts. These bites of goodness will take your platters to another level.

Time 30 minutes

Makes 10–12 mini tarts


  • 12 pre-made mini tart cases
  • 2 large eggs
  • 40g KRC Bacon Style Pieces
  • 12 slices of DON® Pepperoni
  • 20g shredded cheese
  • 50ml cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 12 sage leaves


  • Place mini tart cases on a lined baking tray.
  • Using a fork, beat eggs, cream, cheese, diced bacon and salt and pepper in a bowl until well-combined.
  • Spoon egg mixture into tart cases.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Remove from oven, and top with a pepperoni slice and a sage leaf.
  • Best served on a platter with a variety of cheeses, DON® products like salami, kabana, kabana minis, lunchbox stix, bacon popcorn bites or salami bullets, plus olives, pickles, fruit and crackers.
