Ingredients

3 tbsp cacao
2–3 FruChocs
2 tbsp rice malt syrup
3 tbsp almond milk
½ tsp baking powder
Sprinkle of cinnamon

To serve

1 scoop of vegan ice cream
Fresh berries

Method

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Mix cacao, rice malt syrup, almond milk, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl. Place into a greased ramekin.

Push FruChocs into the middle of the mixture for a sweet surprise.

Place into oven for 8 minutes.

Scoop ice cream over the top and serve!
