In amongst all the hoo-haa about what’s going on down there, we’ve done some digging and now we present you with the real-life, matter-of-fact answers of what is happening RIGHT NOW. And you’re going to LOVE it!

While some of the buildings are coming down to make way for the future and the heritage buildings are being turned into a creative hub and innovation neighbourhood, the site is bursting at the seams with exciting events!

Personal training is oh, so much better when you’re doing it in a group! Especially a group that doesn’t discriminate between age and ability! Unwind Group Fitness is perfect for all ages and fitness levels and let’s be honest, summer bods are made in winter! Bookings are essential!


Thursday is now officially the best day of the week! Why? Because now, every Thursday you can indulge in the Urban Eats Project | Lunch Edition at the former Royal Adelaide Hospital! Think winter warming soups, noodle bowls, healthy winter salads and global food from different local foodies.


To all our history-frothing Adeladies, allow us to expand your brain with a history overload!  You can actually take a peek behind the scenes and discover the rich history and heritage of the former Royal Adelaide Hospital site. It was a hospital for more than 150 years, so you can only imagine what the walls would say if they could talk! History tours run each week and take you to places the general public never saw when it was a working hospital.


The Foyer is the new Friday night hang!

The last Friday of every month, you can leave work and follow the scent of delicious wine, food and up and coming producers, artists and musicians. It will lead you directly to The Foyer of the former RAH! From 5.30pm – 9.30pm, come and press go on your weekend with Hello Fridays!
