Ingredients 

1 cup dry roasted almonds
2 cup dry roasted cashews
2 cup dry roasted hazelnuts
12 cups pitted dates, roughly chopped 2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
2 tsp peppermint extract
1 tbsp water

Method

Place nuts into a food processor and mix until well combined.

Add dates, cocoa or cacao, peppermint extract and water. Blend until mixture is sticky. The mixture should be able to hold its shape when rolled, if the mixture is slightly dry add a little more water until the desired consistency is achieved.

Remove mixture from food processor and roll into balls.

Refrigerate until firm. Serve and ENJOY! xx
