Maridaallah Retreat Terms and Conditions
- Prize is valid for up-to a maximum of four adults.
- Check-in after 3:00pm.
- Checkout before 10:00am.
- Self check-in with smart lock.
- No pets.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking.
- Additional rules: Maridaallah Retreat is a smoke-free home, including the outside deck. This includes vaping. If you would like to smoke, please do so away from the house and be sure to dispose of the butts in a respective manner.
We ask if you can please leave your beloved pets behind during this stay. Maridaallah Retreat is home to kangaroos, kookubarras and many more natural Australian wildlife and introducing a foreign animal to this environment could disrupt the ecosystem.
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know straight away – if it’s minor we won’t charge. If it’s a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. - The Big Duck Boat Tours cruise is not suitable for pregnant women.

Lost Phoenix Farm Terms and Conditions
- Lost Phoenix Farm Gift Cards are non-refundable and must be used in full.
- Lost Phoenix Farm Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Lost Phoenix Farm Gift Cards expire a certain number of months after issue.
- Lost Phoenix Farm Gift Cards may only be used for purchase at Lost Phoenix Farm and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
