WellFest Adelaide is around the corner and it’s shaping up to be a Spring weekend full of events and masterclasses all about mindfulness and self-care.
The lucky competition winner will receive overnight accomodation at Hotel Alba for 2 people and 2 x tickets to the Booty Academy Class (just ONE of the amazing 70+ events on offer at WellFest Adelaide!!). The Booty Academy Class will see you and your chosen pal begin the day with a poolside workout at Hotel Alba, led by founder Alissa Fay. You’ll sculpt your booty and build confidence with a 30-minute BootyHIIT session and a 15-minute BootyMove stretch, fuelled by Happy Way’s ‘Charge Up’ nutrition station and provided with a Booty Academy Box. Then wrap up the morning with a healthy brunch at Hotel Alba’s ela restaurant. You and your lucky friend will also get to stay the night at Hotel Alba — bliss!
