YUMMY YOGHURT RHUBARB GRANOLA RECIPE
x1 bunch of rhubarb
MOO Creamy Smooth yoghurt
crunchy granola or muesli
55g of raw sugar
Cut rhubarb into approx 25mm chunks
Place rhubarb chunks in saucepan over medium-low heat and gradually add the raw sugar, stirring as you go
Cover and cook over low heat until rhubarb breaks down to desired consistency, stirring occasionally
Layer in a glass with MOO Creamy Smooth Yoghurt and granola
TIP- this works just as well with other stewed fruits such as pear, apples, berries- half the fun comes in experimenting with different flavours and combinations!
